SHIPPING POLICY
The date of the Bill of Lading (B/L) shall be taken as the conclusive date of shipment. Five (5) days Local and Twenty to Thirty Five (20-35) days International shipping shall be allowed in case of force majeure. Partial shipment and/or transshipment shall be permitted unless otherwise stated in this conformation. Seller is not responsible for any delay in shipment, should buyer fail to provide a letter of credit in conformity with the contract.
RETURNS
Any claim from Buyer must reach Seller within two (2) days Local and ten (10) days International after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination. The goods on which Buyer is lodging a claim must be retained intact for inspection by authorized surveyors or, if Seller so request, by Seller's own representative or agent, and must not be repaired, used, resold or otherwise disposes of the goods without a prior written consent of Seller, Seller is not responsible for any claim or compensation requested by Buyer. All product can be change after two (2) days Local and ten (10) days International after been delivered with shipping charge, broken items cannot be changed if it was done by the Buyer. International shipment fees will be charged by Buyer.

The warranty on our products is provided by our suppliers and you can contact us at any time to re-review the warranty on the products you bought through our online store, we can replace the product after we check what was the damage and how it been done all this will be done by our sales team
